Suntrup Kia review: Service

Had some work done at Suntrup Kia. They needed to do some follow-up work so they ordered a part for me. I was texting back-and-forth with a guy in service named John. I asked him a question over text, he made it clear that that is his preferred mode of communication. He responded that he will do what I had asked. That's great. My issue is that he responded in. If you're going to do business over text you need to know that all caps means you are YELLING. I won't be back.
