Complain board is only hope, and do not work with this company for doing shipment from japan to Malaysia. They did not process shipment and threatening me.
What happen to me, got to met a guy call p.c low. He convinced me that he is a big company and very good in managing shipment from japan.
I called him to meet and I have informed I have goods to receive from Japanese and he promised me they can do. call my any logistic friend, he told me p.c low is always good at first, then they cheat people. i not take the advice.
I take risk and sign contract, the price promised was changed after he know my goods value, saying the fob rate not include. After few weeks when call, he told me, his staff is managing it, everything OK. One day before the sea freight reach port klang, Malaysia, when I asked him, he said that the shipment has not started to sail. No LC or port clearance documents provided.
I asked to email and call, he not answering my call or email. When I got upset, and requested what happen to my goods, p.c low have blackmail me to do what i can and he say to me to take action. People who cheat my money and con people. Some funny number people call and blackmailed me.
They are big time con people. dont trust sunship. they were dealing with a cosmetic product, i have been working there. all the cosmetic sold are all duplicate by the name royal cosmetics. i have left them to avoid my self any issue. i even scared to reveal my real identity... they will kill me. when i told i`m leaving the company. this stupids, his so called chicken son and his bad mouthed daughter, the HR all told me to leave immediately. no proper handing over is done. they are pure chinese racist company. please avoid.
I suggest you seek legal redress if at all this is the case (although it is highly unlikely). From their records, and through a company search, Sunship comes clean. Baseless accusations are futile; and, could potentially be borderline criminal. Defamation is also against the law.
I have dealt with Sunship for the pass 20 years and have never come across such problems. I know the owner through our business dealings and he has always come across as honest and frank. If at all they cannot handle a project they would state so simply. No hassles. And, had they made you a promise they have always delivered.
