I wanted to take a mobile connection when I was in US . I had called this guy named Sunny Singh who is a T mobile dealer . I never knew he is a fraud . As he is a dealer of such a reputed T mobile cellphone, I trusted him and took a phone connection . He assured me that he will give me a 100$ mail in rebate for the cell phone . Also he assured me that he will cancel the phone whenever I want to cancel it as I told him that I am not sure when I will be return to India .After 3 -4 months of service, I never received the rebate . I had called this guy many a times . This guy sunny singh will never attend your call if you are calling for anything other than taking a new connection . The person attnds the call will tell that they are processing it and check after 2 hrs, 8 hrs and all . But nothing will happen . Finally I called the T mobile customer care and after a long argument and chat I got my Rebate .

Now a problem happened to me, my US visa got expired . I had to cancel my T mobile connection . I called up this guy when I was in US . Sunny Singh never attended my call . Whenever I asked for him, they told he is out for some things and all . But the person attended the call assured me that he will cancel my phone connection . But it never happened . Its almost 3 months over that I left US and still my phone connection is not yet cancelled . I am daily calling this Sunny singh for cancellation and everytime they tells that they have raised a request, will cancel in 8 hrs and all. Till now my connection is active and everymonth I am paying my T mobile bill .

I dont know how T mobile give licence to such Fraud agents like Sunny Singh who is not caring anything for customers.

Today I actually am bit pissed off� bcos of a T-mobile Dealer named SUNNY SINGH� it�s a very long story� which has been running through three months� Before three months I had ordered for an add-on on my friend's T-mobile connection from a T-mobile dealer for a Samsung behold black phone� and after three weeks of struggle� I received a pink color phone and I cannot use that� after that I sent him back the phone� and he said he would send me back the black phone in a week and he never sent the phone till now� So totally unsatisfied I called the customer care to cancel the deal and asked for a return of credit� but what happened was they cancelled the plan but did not issue the refund� and asked it to collect from the dealer� the dealer is such a fraudulent person that he would never answer my call and if at all he answers a call he would ask me to call back and then he would not lift my call again... and would never return my money back� after getting frustrated with that dealer� for about three weeks� I again called the customer care if they can help me in getting back the money and now the dealer is not even responding to the customer care guys and the most frustrating thing about customer care is� we cannot get to the same representative to handle the case� every time I call to the customer care I get connected to different rep I need to narrate this whole story and before they take some action the day ends and can never get back to the same rep the next day� That�s how my 300$ got caught up near the dealer from 3 months� he is such a fraud that I really getting irritated with this fellow and spoiling my health because of the hypertension created for the way he is responding to me� I am really left helpless and I am being left at the mercy of this fraud� now even customer care guys are saying that the maximum help they can do to me is call to the dealer on behalf of me and ask for the refund and if does not respond I need go to the store and collect my money� the store is in New York.. and I need to fly there to get my money back which would cost me more than that 300$... I am left in such a situation from 3 months and I have been suffering from a real hyper tension bcos of this fraud� 300$ is not a small amount that I can leave off neither a real big amount for me to take this amount of tension� More than money I am more troubled with a feeling that I am being BETRAYED� I really don�t know when I am going to get my money back� I am in a position not knowing what to do� is there something that can be done to overcome this situation?

The only thing that bothers me is If not customer care� what is the next option left for me to deal with this fraud� I would not even mind filing a case against him� that frustrated I am with this guy� I know that I am not the only one who is troubled with this guy after searching in google� but I really do not know how to proceed legally in this case�

T-mobile should not take this lightly because he is T-mobile's dealer and such a reputed company can not cheat people by maitaining dealership with such frauds...

This guy Sunny singh is a total fraud. He l cheat people for no reason. Many times he l goof around plays pshychological drama. I dont refer this guy for any T-mobile connection.

If we file a law suit for the mental torcher he used to give to the customers he will become bankrupt and thinks twice to pickup a phone.

Stupid fellow ever found on earth is SUNNY SINGH of SUNSHINE WIRELESS.

Same case with me.
I came to US 2 years back.Friends suggested me Sunny singh. Never got the rebate.Thats not the worry.Main problem came when I wanted to add one more line. He suggested to get 2 new lines and cancel my existing line ( which he promised he can do any time. I used that phone for 6-8 months). So I checked my old sim after 1 month that was still active. and T mobile was charginf $45 against that old no per month. I called sunny singh he never picked up the call. When he picked up he saids he has kept my request inline and it will process in 1 day. That day never came. So finally stopped paying for my old number. after 4 5 months I got a call from T mobile telling me to pay $180 for last 3 months and $ 150 for early termination fee. They mentiponed if I dont pay it will come on my credit report..in short $350 for not using the phone...so my advice..STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY...just contact any local T mobile shop to get the prepaid sim card or go for Metro PCS - No contract...Sunny Singh should be hanged till Death
