Sunset Royal/Sunset Club review: Prime member/timeshare 1

iHi, This is Rubelyn S. I got so sick after reading all of the complaints of this company! I am one of the victim, this was happened when I went to Cancun at Sunset Royal in May, 2021! me and my friend signed up a contract because they are just so good how to convinced people and the bad part, they will lie to costumer just to get you in! and yes! they got us as one of their victim! Alejandro was our representative person told us that My friend Jing can make her own account to log in to their website to have access when booking and etc, also he said that I can aslo make my own account. We just found out few days ago, that there's only pne person can make an account, not two! This is very upsetting for me and my friend. Also he never mentioned that there is a maintenance fee every two years, he only mentioned about the every 5 years maintenance fee during hid discussion with us! They are certified liers, certified fraud, and certified scammer!
Your company can not be trusted! and I will never trust ever again, this is distroying the image of Mexico!

All I want is to cancel this contract, since I lost my trust, I am not very happy with lier representative people in your company! Be honest! dnt lie, just to get peoples money!
