We signed a contract in 2014 for solar panels. The company at that time was named Vivint. We are leasing the panels with a 20 year contract that increases in cost a little each year. It is now called SunRun

This past summer I noticed out electric bills being so much higher than usual and contacted SunRun to see what was going on with our solar panels. I contacted them in September and they sent someone out in October. Finaly on November 7, 2023 someone came out to evaluate the problem. They determined I would need new panels as several of the ones on my roof were broken.

After a couple of weeks I finally go ahold of someone (Angel) who informed me that they no longer make the kind of solar panels that are on my roof and to put the kind they have now on the roof would cause damage to my roof so they are trying to come up with a solution. Anytime I try to talk to them I only get voice mail or email. As of today, 12-19-2023 I have been told they are still trying to come up with a solution. I have asked that since they are not honoring their part of the contract I want these panels removed. They say they are trying to figure out what to do. Right now I am not getting the benefit I was promised when I signed the contract.

Desired outcome: Solar panels fixed, replaced or removed. If they are unwilling to repair or replace them, I want out of my contract and I want the panels removed.
