I went to Costco and was approached by a Sunrun salesperson. As a result, I got panels installed on my roof, wait a month for the Energy Company approval and the NetMeter to be installed, on Aug 14th. I called the local person I was told to call to switch my system on and followed her instructions. She said it would take a few days for the production to show up on MySunrun app. A week later it had not shown up. I called her and she said her techs were too busy installing new systems and she could not allow any of them to come by to look at my system to fix the problem. I've contacted her multiple times with no change in attitude or help. I reminded her that by contract Sunrun has to reimburse me for the days the is not producing the energy promised. She stated she never heard of such a thing! I chatted with Sunrun Customer Support, and they said I was right, and they don't under why she would say that. I do have a case number but no one has contacted me with an update.

Desired outcome: I just want my system up and running as promised.
