Sunrun review: Solar panels
When I first got solar added to my home it was through a company called Vivant. They were taking over by SunRun Solar. I have had these panels up for many years with no complaint until today. After the recent snow that we had the front of 1 of the panels became dislodege and is only attached on 1 side and hanging off over the eave of the house. I called Sunrun and they are trying to tell me that the front shield that I amspeaking of was not installed at the time I bought it. It most definetly was. They said that the pics they have from the installation do not show them. I asked for them to send me a copy of said pictures but was rebuffed by the representative saying they were not allowed. I asked to speak with a manager and was once again rebuffed. This is no way to do business. I lease the equipment from them it is their responsibility to maintain it. Representaive hung up on me.
Desired outcome: For panel to be fixed or removed so that it is not a hazard to anyone walking by. I would appreciate a response from a manager
