Sunrun Solar and V3 Electric Company review: This is horrible customer service.

I have what they call a PPA (Power purchase agreement) solar system installed 2019 by V3 electric and Sunrun solar manages the finance and monitors the solar system. I do not own this system I pay sunrun a discounted electric fee monthly. I did this so I would not be responsible for the repairs, or maintenance of this system. Sunrun and V3 are responsible for any issues and maintenance of this system. My system is having a hardware error according to the system My system has only been partial working since Sept 26th 2022. Sunrun is aware of this as is V3. Sunrun has opened a ticket to V3 to resolve and told me if I didnt hear back from them to schedule repairs contact them directly, which I did and they told me they would get back to me. Well I have since contacted both companies several times and all I get is well get back to you.

It is now November 6 and no one has gotten back to me to schedule any repairs and I am still paying monthly for a system that is only half working.
