So, I ordered some glasses from Sunglass Spot and boy was I disappointed! They looked nothing like the pictures on the website and were just plain ugly. I decided to return them and that's when the trouble started. It's been almost three weeks and they still haven't picked up the box from the post office. I've been emailing them and the people who respond are just little smart mouth jerks. I'm so fed up with this whole situation that I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I don't recommend this website to anyone.

I gotta say, my experience with Sunglass Spot was pretty disappointing. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and when they arrived, they were damaged. Not just a little scratch or anything, but a big ol' crack right in the middle of the lens. I was pretty bummed, but I figured it was just a fluke and contacted their customer service team to get a replacement.

Well, the replacement arrived and... it was also damaged. In the exact same spot as the first pair. I couldn't believe it. I reached out to their team again and they offered to send me another replacement, but then they took back the offer in the next email. I was so frustrated. It felt like they didn't care at all about my experience or the fact that I had received two damaged pairs of sunglasses.

To make matters worse, when I asked about a refund, they told me that "all sunglasses will have minor imperfections." Um, excuse me? A big crack in the middle of the lens is not a "minor imperfection." That's a major defect. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were being.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sunglass Spot to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the quality of their products is clearly lacking. Even if you're only spending $5, it's not worth the headache. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

This website is the bomb! They have so many different sunglasses to choose from, it's like you can never run out of options. They have all sorts of styles and colors, and the best part is that most of them are only $5! That's right, you heard me, FIVE BUCKS! You can't beat that price for a pair of shades.

Now, I gotta be real with you, some of the aviators I bought were a little flimsy. The frame was thin and the lenses seemed like they were just glued on top of the frame instead of being made into them. Plus, the lenses were a little too easy to scratch. But, hey, for $5, what do you expect? I still think they were worth it, especially the ones with a plastic frame. Those were thick and sturdy, and I felt like I got my money's worth.

The shipping was super fast, and I got my full order with no problems at all. And get this, each pair of sunglasses even came with its own colorful lens bag! How cute is that? I was so satisfied with my purchase that I'm definitely going to keep ordering from them. And you know what else? I'm going to tell all my friends and family about this company too! They need to know about this amazing deal on sunglasses.

The customer service at Sunglass Spot is just plain awful! I had a problem with a damaged product and when I contacted them, they offered me a refund or store credit. I wanted my money back, but they didn't respond for three whole days! I sent them multiple emails, but still no response. Finally, they got back to me and asked for photos of the product. When I sent them the photos, they said that the glasses weren't damaged and that's just how they are. I knew that wasn't true because I had the same glasses in a different color that weren't damaged. I sent them photos of the undamaged glasses in the other color and showed them how the damaged glasses were supposed to look. After all of that, they still said there was nothing they could do and just stopped responding altogether.

The glasses themselves are okay, but the customer service is just plain disrespectful and unreasonable. It's a complete waste of time to deal with them. I wouldn't recommend buying from Sunglass Spot if you want good customer service.
