This mobile homes company has been taking advantage of many mobile home owners. They take there homes for ridiculous reasons. I am buying currently only owe $3,000.00 and I have a porch outside. This porch has been here unmodified for 8 years. They sent workers to tear down the porch removed the locked gate to get in to destroy my porch. I am now being told that I have to leave and will be losing my home. SUNDOWN MOBILE HOMES LTD does not have the right to destroy my property. I need help before I lose my home.
Desired outcome: I want my porch put back the way it was and not to lose my home.
