Summit Installation review: Installation of patio door

This is my second complaint in the last 30 about the installation of my patio door with the broken handle. The 1st complaint was about 3 weeks ago under the name Steash. Please read that complaint. It has all the details which nothing has changed. In addition, I never received a reply from you'll.

I did get 3 emails (12, 17, 18 Jan) from Summit informing me that they will be out to install the handle on 18 Jan between the hours 5-7 pm. They didn't show. As of today, at 18:47 on 19 Jan, I still have heard from them.

Can I please get my door fixed. For three months, I've had to brace my door due to the easy it can be open. I've rarely used it because of this, and it is a secure factor for my family!

Can someone please help get my door fixed!
