I purchased a suit online will a Company called Suitsmen online. The product they sent was the wrong size and design. When I contacted them, they ask for photos which I sent, but they still refused to send the return shipping address, then they offered to take $10 off if I kept the merchandise, I inform them I did not want to keep items that were too small for me to wear.
Desired outcome: Return shipping address and refund
My husband ordered from this company back in early July 2022, we never received an order confirmation; however, they immediately charged our American Express for total amount. It took 3 emails requesting confirmation of our order and a delivery date. All of their reply emails just inform us of order processing. We received the merchandise mid-August and I wish I could say it was well worth the wait. We were so disappointed. The size was misleading, and the quality of material was the worst I have ever seen. The pictures look awesome on the website; however, once we received the garments, they were more like thin Pajamas.
I immediately contacted the suitemens for a refund. It took us approximately 8 back and forth emails requesting a return confirmation. We never received one; however, they did provide an address as to where to return the garment. We returned the merchandise in September by USPS and it cost us $57 to send it back. We have been emailing them since October requesting our refund. We have sent emails each month since October 2022, they finally responded in February and asked us to accept a refund of $44.00 which is well below the cost we paid. After so many desperate attempts we thought something was better than nothing. As of the end of March we still never received any type of refund. Below is my final email I sent them.
It is now quite obvious that your company has NO INTENTIONS honoring the refund of $44.00 you offered to refund. I will no longer contact your company; however, I will inform feedback to any and all customers I know of that may be interested in purchasing from your company the injustice way we have been treated by your company and have actually stolen our money even after returning your merchandise. I will inform any and all customers of this on-going battle with your company since September of 2022.
This company is a rip-off. They claim to be in the USA but they are not. I bought 5 outfits and they were too small. They refused to give me a refund even though they say 100 percent guaranteed. They wouldn't give me a return address either. They offered me a fraction of what I paid if I would keep the outfits even though they were way too small. I would avoid them.
