Dear sir,
This is with reference to the above said subject,
kindly change the piece ASAP.

Brief story :-
I am already existing Su-Kam customer with M/s ABHI TRADERS, and the earlier one set there is no complaint.
But at the time of purchasing invertor M/s ABHI TRADERS has taken half an hour for bring Exide Battery with the whole sale distributer of Badarpur.

When I am willing to purchase the new other 1 set, I have made a phone call to M/s ABHI TRADERS for SMILEY model, he quoted Rs. 6800/-. Then I have think you will again take Exide Batteries from the whole sale distributer of Badarpur, then I have made a phone call to M/s SINGLA BATTERIES, 67/P-1, Mathura road Badarpur Chowk, N.D. -110044, and he is ready to give me the same model for Rs. 200/- less from the ABHI TRADERS, So I have decided to take whole set fro M/s SINGLA.

And the piece SMILEY model - making a continuous beep noise in very first installation, and companies original Hologram seal is also there. I think it may be for not Earthing wire, when I have arranged proper Earthing wiring sill the noise is not stopped.

I am folding my both hands and request for change the piece ASAP.

2. C.Cr. Delhi- Lajwanti Garden 's office - Mr. Surender( Mob. no.-[protected])= Really He deserve the Promotion also.

Respected Complaint Board,

We lodged a complaint against Sukam for faulty battery on their Customer care number . Then service enginer visited our home and narrated my wife that our complain is ok and battery in under observation but after some days battery was changed.As a result problem is as it is till date. Then again i requested to Su-kam Customer care center for the same, then Concerned person said ok we will send service engineer and Service Engineer told me that Actually Company has made Dry battery but these ones are manufactured defective, then we asked him to replace the battery. but response was like this that batteries are not available even they not provide any standby batteries as We are residing in Gaziabad where Power cut oftenly occurs .Thus we need Ok Battery not the faulty One.

Please take steps for arable results.

I think this company’s senior officers also not care to company customer.

We call many times to call center and others senior people i.e. on [protected] many times they assure that the battery will be replaced in 1 or 2 days but till date all in vain . Where i should call..?
