Stralendes.com review: Derusting cup brush wheel - misleading, fraud, incomplete product, no instructions

The add for this “blade“ was advertised as, quote “unbreakable wired trimmer blade."it is in no way a trimmer blade”, it is a heavy wired cup brush, surface treatment. It only states as follows: surface treatment, derusting, paint stripping, descalism. No mention of grass trimmer. The product is clearly not a grass trimmer. I could not even mount the"wheel"to our stihl trimmer. N

The first"wheel" was lacking any mounting hardware so it was unusable. The 2nd shipment arrived and had partial hardware but none which would allow it to be mounted on our lightweight stihl electric trimmer. By then we were discussed and I wrote an e-mail to the company.

There was not one answer to my questions, only the cop out that I did not reply in time and there fore there was nothing they could do about refunding my money. I was invoiced on march 28th. And it took 24 days for this company to deliver the derusting wheel. I believe this company is more interested in keeping the customer's money and does not have the courtesy to accept a legitimist request to refund an unusable product for customer.
