StorageMart review: Manager at store #1873

This has been an ongoing issue with the Manager at this unit. When i first went there i asked to look at a couple units and he had a very bad attitude, like i was wasting his time. Then when i told him I had a lock here in my truck and do not need the one in the unit He got mad and said you have to buy this one period and i am not going to argue with you about it bad attitude. I said nothing else and asked no more questions he had me upset so i decided to go looking at some more storage Facilities. After shopping around got a unit at this location 1873
After getting my own insurance which was set up auto pay month to month. I recieved an email from the manager of this unit stating my insurance would exspire on 4/30/2026 this was false he did not read the bottom of my insurance declaration that states this is a month to month agreement until i needed to cancel because did not know how long i would need it, he just looked at the date on the top that stated paid from 4-1-26 to 4-30-26 its a month to month contract like i said earlier I am tired of being harassed by this Manager he has been nothing but rude and very impatient Also when I paid my last month's rent in person I could not get a receipt after requesting one was told they no longer give receipts they have to be mailed, is that even legal refusing to give a consumer a receipt after he comes into the store and pays. I am sure some people do not have an email glad i do or no receipt. Also when i went in one time and asked him some questions he just told me everything is online now if you need anything i have to go online to get an . I do not know what his problem is but, I am sure you have lost alot of customers because of his attitude, if hr does not like his job he should find another one. I have emails to prove the issue with my unit insurance will try and send. Was unable to download my Current insurance
