I bought a horse that Deb and Steve Goldman charged me $7000 for several years ago and just found this site now. I am writing this so maybe someone else won't get swindled.
Chocolata was told to me by Goldman to be sweet natured and ridable. THE Second we unloaded her at the training/boarding facillity the owner and trainer and pro hauler told me to SEND Her BACK You have been swindled! She was very dangerous. She would try to attack anyone that would come in her stall and even in the cross ties. I tried everything and I never even got a chance to ride her. The tainer at the place had been trainng horses of all breeds including Paso Fino and won national championships. The Godmans also would not send her registraion papers for me and totally refused to refund even a penny of the $7000 to me or send me any different horse at all.He also told him that maybe I should have not gotten a horse and stayed with German Shepards! He was obnocious and so was his wife with any dealing when they would answer my calls it was that they accidenttally pick up the phone. Then they would litterally scream at each other while we spoke and tell me to give it time. He told the man who I gave her to at a rescue when asked why he refused to refund me that He had spent the money and could not afford to pay me or do anything about the problem. The saddle they sold me I tried sending back as soon as I saw it that cost me $1400 and was a piece of crap. They sent it back when I sent it to them and said they do not do refunds! I donated the horse to a rescue because she was actually dangerous. You never saw anything like her behavior. They tried hormones nothing worked! I tried everything for 3 mo to get her in any way better. After she was donated because she was in heat constantly from the second I owned her and was in pain finally from it she underwent surgery for removing her overy and died during surgery. I spent everything I had saved for years to buy a nice horse $7000 for the horse, $2000 for shipping, $1400 for saddle and tack from the Goldmans. WAs swindled at the age of 47 beyond any words can exclaim. I trusted the wrong people to say the least. If I had even seen the video of the stallion Chocolata was bred from I would not have bought her. They needed two men to even try to handle him. The horse that I bought frm them and was taken for is still for reasons I don't know still listed on thier site as for sale!? Since being swindled from Deb and Steve Goldman out of $8400 for a horse that was not rideable or even pleasant enough from the second she was delivered here to WI I had to save every bit I could to get other horses from thank God reputable breeders that are now my very good friends. I have 2 Peruvian Pasos, a Rocky Mountain that I do benifits with, and a TW. All are young horses that are healthy and I give riding lessons on them and can do benefits with them as they were bred and sold by folks that are honest. I never was taken before like that in my life and if I lived in a state closer to them I would have taken them to court but the only reason I didn't was they were in NC and I in WI. Stoney Fork Paso Fino farm /Deb and Steve Goldman are some of the most dishonest folks anyone could even encounter in a lifetime. If you would like to contact me if you have similar issues or want to ask me any questions

We have purchased 2 Paso Fino horses from Deborah Goldman. They are great trainers of theses horses and should be given a medal. They were exactly what she said they would be. After visiting the farm several times we agreed to purchase. They provided a riding and training dvd that really helped us when we had any problems. Most of the time "it's the riders". This is a witch hunt and has no proven truth. When you try to smear someone reputation you are normally at fault. I am a lawyer and do intend to file a slander suit against you.
