Stonebrook Terrace Apartments review: Maintenance on apartment 3

I have lived in these apartments for a year. In a year I have had electrical, heating, leaking ceiling issues. I have brought them up to management as soon as each issue arose.When we first moved in there was 2 burners that did not work on the stove it took 4 months for management to come and repair that and even now the burner heats up severely fast and extremely hot no matter what temperature you put the burner on then at other times it does not work at all. There are multiple molding stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the window seals which I was told by management there is nothing to do about that. The first leak was through my ceiling fan and light fixture it took them a week n half to even come look at it. This caused tenant to sleep on the floor in the living room for 2 weeks till the snow finished melting off the roof. As of 6.11.10 I had a severe leak between the beam in the closet separating the room. You can visibly see the split in the ceiling and in the beam. It ruined multiple things it took them until 6.28.10 to even come to the apartment to look at it then i was told there's nothing that they can do because I am not renewing my lease and since it is not raining today I should not worry about it. back when we placed the first complaint about the leaks the manager at the time told us the roofers would be coming to fix the roof that was back in September and to this day 6.30.10 there has been no repairs done to the roof to prevent future leaks. The last problem that we experienced all through the winter was failed heating. There were numerous complaints submitted regarding heat not working. The temperature of the apartment typically throughout October to march was 45-60 degrees indoors with all windows and doors closed. The maintenance would say they fixed it but within same day the temperature would drop back down drastically. I would go right back and let maintenance know When asked why this was a constant problem the maintenance and apartment manager would say it was none of my concern that it was fixed when in reality it kept reoccurring.
I have heard many other neighbors complain about the livability of these apartments regarding same complaints on leaks heat and mold.
