Thank you for your reply. To me this was not regular maintenance. This MS 250 chain saw was less than 1 year and 6 months old and there was no reason this work had to be done in order for this MS 250 to operate properly. For sure I will tell my friends and church members not to buy your produce. Also this infor will be posted on line for everyone to see and and response.

I received your letter in the mail about the service you received for your tune up and chain sharpening on your MS 250.
Please see items 7-10 below from our warranty policy.

Your saw was taken to the dealership for a tune up as well as a chain sharpening. This type of repair is regular maintenance and is not covered by warranty. If you have any complaints about the cost of the service received, please take that issue up with the dealer.
