Stellantis review: Ram, transmission failure.

My 2018 Ram 2500 (6.4L) Transmission. My vehicle is under factory and extended warranties. However, it does no good as there are no transmissions available. And now, I am being told by the service department at my dealer that it will be at least June before I see one. I have reached out to Stellantis no less than 20 times and have never even received a call back from my case manager. What will Chrysler do to compensate me for the loss of use of my vehicle? By the time my transmission comes in June it will have been a total of 8 months without my vehicle which I purchased in good faith. Again, no transmissions, And the customer care is absolutely nonexistent. There must be something that can be done.

Desired outcome: I need someone from Ram to let me know what is going on.
