On Saturday, the 19th November, 2005 around 22.50 hrs. I tried to withdraw Rs.4000/- cash from SBI ATM Centre No. S1AN6024003, Ayojan Nagar Branch, Satellite, Ahmedabad. I inserted the ATM card and completed all other formalities to withdraw the cash, but no money has come out instead a printed slip came out mentioning withdrawal of Rs.4000/- (TXN No. 981). I immediately drew the attention of the bank through Helpline No. [protected] who, in turn, informed me that this has happened due to some technical problem and that the amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours. On Monday, 21st November, 2005 I contacted my Bankers, SBS, Ranjit Rd., Jamnagar Branch over phone No. 2676712 to know about the credit balance.

I have also forwarded Registered Complaint with CORE CENTRE and RBI Ombusdman.

I have given so many application to The Branch Manager State Bank of Saurashtra, Ranjit Road, Jamnagar and Rajkot Zonal Office, but I am not getting credit of my money Rs. 4000/- and Interest amount after completion of more than 1 year almost.

Beware of State Bank ATM machines!

Hello Respected Authority,

I have borrowed Loan for the purpose of Study from S.B.S. Una Branch, Nr. Tower Chowk, Una 362 560, My loan amount is Rs. 15.20 lac, It includes University Fees, Living Expences and Books. Margin of the Loan is 21.16%. This is my Basic Loan information

I got the problame after the merger of S.B.S. and S.B.I. Currently I am in Australia studing Master of Information Technology, at Swinburne University of Technology. I need to withdraw money from the Loan for the living Expence. While loan officer in Una branch ask me for the avidence of the expences. He told me that he can allow to withdraw money on the basis of the past expences in Australia.

On the Other hand I made an enquiry in S.B.S. Rajkot Branch at University Road. From that I got reply that I can withdraw money having a single signature of my Father in India

So I got two different answers for the same condition.

When I personaly made a talk with the Loan officer in Una Branch he told me that "After merger we got many problames with the system if S.B.I. and we don't get any satisfactory answer from S.B.I people for any kind of Help"

I am worried because I extreamly need money to face my expences, I ask for the money for one month.

I hope you will take my situation under action and find the solution for that.

please feel free asking for any kind of information on my email Address manishdjethva@gmail.com
