Start New Financial review: Complaint

I was in a finance program to with the company ,start new financial to decrease my debt how while in the program I had two of my cards removed from the program because I had paid them off however a power of attorney was place on the cards there for I have not been able to use them for about a year I have been calling to get the issue resolve and it has not been resolve, I did complete the program early
