Stanley Black & Decker Inc. MTD review: Riding lawnmower LT42E

I bought this electric riding mower and it has been the biggest nightmare. It never has been able to mow. I called their warranty dept to which they advised me of a authorized warranty dealership that could work on it but after taking it, they said they were waiting for the electronic computer from Cub Cadet to be sent to them so they could diagnose it. After 4 months they called me and said come get your mower and they won't pay the bill so you are responsible for it in order for it to be released. I paid the bill and 2 trips of 46 miles and brought it home without it being fixed. I am filing a lawsuit against this poorly run company. I hate that litigation has become necessary but other than holding on their phones for more than 30 minutes several times, just to get hung up on by their incompetent CS agents, I have no choice! I no longer wish to keep this hunk of junk and can prove by video it has never been anymore than a space occupier in my shop. I hope this lawsuit will get their attention that I am no longer going to play these games or willing to accept this awful way that they conduct bysiness!
