Standard Trust Limited review: Estate of my late wife

My wife passed 4th January 2021. I am unemployed. Standard Trust ltd was appointed as executors l. I'm struggling financially, My electricity was cut, I can't pay my son'screche fees, no means to support my family.. I'm trying to get hold of the exutors to ask for spousal maintenance. They not responding calls, emails, messages. My electricity was disconnected a month ago and emailed them for letter of executorship as requested by the city of cape town before they can reconnect but I have had no response to date. I'm trying to sell my house out of the estate but the agents can't get hold of them. I was told no inheritance Will be pd out until my wife's cars are transferred into my namebut there is still a balance owing. I was advised by an attorney that the executors can use the funds in the estate to pay off the cars so that it can be transferred into my name. My family is suffering and I don't know what to do. please assist
