We went to buy silver coins(58gms) weighing 20 gm each on malabar gold and diamaonds at saket Saket Nagar Kanpur ago few days(04 Nov 2026) and booked the order and making payment same day. Once the payment confirmed and when we had reached the store, then someone sales girl told me the said amount showing on company account but company policy said that amount settled after 24 hours. So, will not deliver the silver coins at same day. This problem said the store incharge Abhinav and he also told me the same. The next day we we had gone to store and told sales girl to deliver the silver coins then store head abhinav told me that silver prices has been increased, so you will have to pay the increased price. When i told that store head, you misguided us by giving wrong information of policies while making the payment. I am highly dissatisfied, unhappy and cheated with the way they deal with thier customer.
