Sportsman’s Guide review: Never received my order was told that I would not get a refund until the product was returned to sportsman’s guide

My customer number is 7217544. My name is Rosemary Glazier. On Dec 7 I placed a order. I was assured that it would arrive by December 17. Today is January 4. I still have not received it. I was told Fed ex said it was delayed by weather. I requested a refund. Chelsea aid via a very rude Kathy that I would not receive my refund until fed ex returned it to them. I paid for the product in good faith and did not receive it. I am requesting my refund immediately. I have made 4 calls to sportsman s guide and just got the run around. Kathy was the rudest. I have been a club member for over a decade and I will not be ordering from you again. There are plenty of companies that offer a more professional and respectful customer service staff
