I purchased a 27-cu ft French Door Refrigerator with Dual Ice Maker (Item [protected]/Model # RF27T5241SR) From Lowe's for my son and daughter-in-law and Spirit delivery service, delivered it and set it up and did not check to see if it was working or not. This was delivered 7/18/2022 some where around 12 to 1 PM. My son called me last night at 7:24 PM and said that the Frig was not working, it was not getting cold. I called Lowe's and talked to David and told him it was not working and he said the delivery guy should have made sure it was working before they left.

This was very poor service, if you were hired to deliver and set up, you should make sure that the appliance is working properly before you leave.

Lowe's said they would have a new one delivered today as they had some cancelations, but Spirit refused to deliver it today. Said it will be Friday before they will deliver the new one.

This is very unacceptable service.
