Speeway review: Dirtiness of store and the roller grill

I stopped in today to buy gasoline and thought I would buy a drink. When doing so, the roller grill was next to the fountain machines and was filthy dirty and had food items for sale on it. I have never in my life ever seen a store and roller grill so nasty dirty. Smudges and handprints all over the glass of the roller grill on top of the grease smudges. The condiments were left open and flies were all over that stuff. The gentleman at the cash register was very casually sitting on the counter because I was the only person in the store. I mentioned how nasty dirty the refreshment center was and he replied, "not my problem". Whose problem, is it? Board of Health?
