Speedaf review: Delivery charges 1

Hi

I am your customer from Karachi Pakistan from many years and have enjoyed your service thoroughly. However, recently you have aligned Speedaf courier services and now they have started charging delivery charges ... Whats the point of choosing free delivery if I have to again pay delivery charges?. Parcels always used to come to my residence without a single penny being charged and now I have to pay delivery charges on most orders...

Please either change this company or advise them not to charge anything to the customers once customers have already chosen free shipping... Doesn't make any sense...

Disappointed. Please resolve this issue at the earliest of not to charge anything from the customers who chose free shipping method
