SOON TO COME, A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINTS THESE COMPANIES. OWNER ADAM MACKER. SOON TO COME NEW INFORMATION ON WHO TO CONTACT FOR RESTITUON!

If you have been a victim of one of these companies:

UNITED RESORT MARKETING INC.
VACATION DEPOT
AMG UNITED MARKETING ASSOCIATES, INC.

UNITED RESORT MARKETING INC.

SKY BLUE SOLUTIONS, INCORPORATED

VACATION SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC.
SPECIALTIY PROPERTY GROUP, INC.
I worked for this company and it is a total scam. They do not showcase properties all they do is take your money and laugh. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM! This is not coming from a disgruntled employee; I am an honest hard working person and the father of four children. I don’t like the fact that they are ripping people’s hard earned money out of their pocket. I found the job in the local Pennysaver and thought I would give them a shot (if they were legit). I quickly discovered that they were even less than halfway upstanding. There is no integrity in this company, from the owner, Adam Macker, down to the reps that call you on the phone. Adam Macker has had the business listed above doing the same kind of scam. He changes the names and continues to run the same scam under Specialty Property Group. I have been trying to find the business register and to no avail. Unless you like to get your money taken from just hang up on them. I have been told that if you have dealt with this company there are ways to get your money back; you need to dispute it twice. The company will not dispute it for whatever reason a second time.

I too have been caught up by the sales pitch they give you. Mine occured in September 2010. At that time I was in a bind and could have really used the money should they have sold the property as they stated they could do. And do it in about two or three weeks to a month because they were having a convention to show several pieces of property very soon. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. They DO NOT call you with updates, and THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CALLS, OR RETURN YOUR CALL when you call them to check the status of your account. I believe like others that this company is totally bogus and is there just to take your up-front money.

I am being constantly contacted by this company to sign up with their program. It is very tempting but I'm not quite sure if I can trust them. It'd be nice to hear from more people to see if anyone has had a positive or a better experience.

one of the comments was to dispute the deposit. To/with whom?

I had the same exact experience. A call in August saying there was a convention and corporations, according to the sales person who called herself Rachel, were lined up to buy these timeshares. Since then I've heard nothing in spite of two attempts to contact them

Although it's nice to see Mr. Macker responding to the negative allegations on his company I'm not sure if there isn't some truth to it. I was signed up by Specialty Property Group on August 11th and told they had a convention that weekend and that it was assured that my two timeshare weeks would be rented (for a large amount). Since then I have not heard back from anyone. I have called the customer service number 6 times and left messages. The receptionist keeps telling me that a supervisor will return my call but that doesn't happen. I've also send about 6 emails.

If this is a legitimate company then I wish they would contact me and let me know what's going on. Has anyone else out there had luck getting their property rented by this company?

I am Adam Macker, president of Specialty Property Group. Neither Specialty Property Group nor my other companies are in no way shape or form involved in a scam. Specialty Property Group does not sell properties, such as a licensed real estate broker would do. Rather, we showcase and market properties for the sellers. We are a licensed marketing and advertising company. We utilize various types of advertising, including Internet, newspaper, telemarketing, face-to-face, and television. We currently have two fully produced 30-second commercials. We provide a legitimate service and absolutely do showcase properties.

The defamatory comments posted above by “From-the-inside” and “I know the truth” are completely false. My staff and I are taking these false and malicious allegations very seriously. Although I am aware of the individuals responsible for these malicious acts against me and my company, my attorney has advised me not to disclose their names at this time. On behalf of myself and Specialty Property Group, and through my attorney, I plan to pursue legal action for defamation and tortious interference with business relations against all persons making these false accusations.

If anyone has any questions or comments regarding my company, I invite them to contact our Client Services Department directly, toll-free, at [protected].

Sincerely,

Adam Macker
President
Specialty Property Group

Have you heard anything about a settlement with these companies? I have been scammed by AMG, Premier Timeshare Solutions, Nationwide Marketing Solutions, The EZ Travel Family, Vacation Marketing, CondoLink WorldWide, Copeland Marketing Corp, My Legal Refund and Gateway Resorts LLC. Something needs to be done to these scam artists. Thanks
