we are the emplees of spark security services in abu dhahi.in our company every month salary given to us 15 and some time 20 date.and also saveral time our company accountant detect money from our salary without any reason when we ask him about reasonwhy u detect this amount detect from our salary.he totally refused tell us the reason. ↲sir we need ur help we already told to our head but all in vain.we will very thankful to u if u creat a check and balence time amd also adit to accounts files.↲

Hi everyone,
Can someone from PSBD check or atleast investigate Spark Security for delaying the payment for event duty, they send us to event but they pay us after 3 to 4 months and we dont know which event duty they pay.
Atleast PSBD should make a department that will check or atleast once a month come to security accomodation interview some guards if we get what we deserve from our company, because what happen is we are threatend by our company to be canceled if we complain.
We got salary last month only 2450. We asked our management about salary, they said we decided give salary only 2850 for 30 days, if security guard took 4 off duty a month, salary coming only 2450, we asked our management, this decision from PSBD? Said no, this is company decision, said if you want continue with us, you can. Otherwise cancel your visa.

There is one more company which has not yet chabged the contracts of its guards although its paying the new salary prescribed. I think the PSBD should look into this matter too as soon as possible. The company's name is
Securitas U.A.E. L.L.C. This company fools its employees by telling about laws of UAE that really dont even exist. They think people who work as guards are idiots and does'nt have the ability to know the laws.
ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT DESPITE THE GOVERNMENT EFFORTS TO UPLIFT GUARD STANDARDS IN ABUUDHABI, SPARK SECURITY SERVICES HAS CONTINUALLY UNDERMINED THE GUARDS RIGHT BY DENYING THEM THE RIGHT SALARY AND PROMPT PAYMENT.THIS COMPLAINT COMES ABT WHEN SPARK SECURITY SERVICE ADMANTLY REFUSED TO IMPLEMENT THE EIGHT HOUR DUTY FOR 2000 drh AS BASIC AND CONTINUE TO PAY GUARDS 2000drh FOR NINE HRS AS OPPOSED TO GOVENMENT RULE.THIS IS DONE WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION.
SECONDLY SPARK SECURITY SERVICE HAS CHLONICALLY REFUSED TO PAY GUARDS IN TIME, IT PAYS GUARDS BETWEEN 18th to 25th OF EVERY MONTH WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION TO GUARDS .
SPARK SECURITY SERVICE HAS DELIBERETELY REFUSED TO GIVE NEW CONTRACT TO THE GUARD FORCE, GURDS STILL WORK UNDER THE FORMER CONTRACT WHICH UNDERMINES GUARDS' RIGHTS.
WITH THESE FEW COMPLAINTS AMONG OTHERS WE GUARDS CALL UPON P.S.B.D TO INTERVINE AND RESUE UR FROM THESE DISGRUNTLED, DISHONEST, SELFISH HUNGRY AND SELF CENTRED SPARK ADMINISTRATORS SO THAT WE GUARDS CAN GET WHAT WE DESERVE.
WE THANK P.S.B.D AND N.S.I FOR THE GOOD JOB THEY ARE DOING TO US IN AND SPECIAL THX GO TO GOVERVNMENT FOR THE EFFORTS ITS PUTTING ON TO UPLIFT OUR WORK CONDITION, HOWEVER ALOT IS STILL NEEDED TO MAAKE IT WORK.
