This company is the worst! They show you one thing in a photo and then send you something completely different. It's so frustrating! And when you try to talk to them about it, they're just rude and nasty. I would never buy from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So, we just got a new deck spa and we needed some filters for it. We ordered them from Spa-Daddy, but when they arrived, they were the wrong ones. We were pretty bummed out, but thankfully Spa-Daddy made it super easy for us to return them without costing us too much. We really appreciate it!

Spa-Daddy is a total rip-off! I wasted my hard-earned cash on their products and regret it big time. I tried to return an item that I never even used, but they had the nerve to say it was already used. What a load of baloney! And to make matters worse, they wouldn't even give me a refund. When I demanded that they return the item I paid for, they had the audacity to tell me they threw it away. Can you believe that?

I wouldn't recommend Spa-Daddy to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their products are a complete waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

They shipped me the correct part in just 36 hours all the way from Michigan to California, without me even having to pay extra for expedited shipping.

So, I was trying to save some cash and decided to give Spa-Daddy a try. I used their filter finder option and put in the filter number. The website recommended a filter for me, so I ordered it. But when I received the filters, they didn't fit! And it seems like I'm not the only one who's had this problem. I'm really disappointed and feel like I've wasted my time and money. I was shocked and appalled by her behavior. When I called back to speak to the head of customer service, I was told that Shilo had actually been complimented on how she handled me. I couldn't believe it.

In my opinion, this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend using them again, even if they were the last filter company on earth. As a consumer, it's important to remember that a couple of dollars saved on the front end can end up costing you tenfold on the back end if they mess up your order.

I went to the Spa-Daddy website and did a search for this part number. The search provided me with two results, one regular and one microbrial. The price was slightly cheaper than other websites, so I decided to place my order.

The order was promptly delivered, but unfortunately, the filters I received were short and for a different filter. They were NOT equivalent to the specified Waterway part number in the search. I was confused because I did a search for a specific part number, but the part I received did not fit and was smaller than OEM. What I didn't notice at the time of order was that the correct equivalent was also listed, but I had to scroll way down to see it. I was disappointed because I had to deal with their return policy, which is fairly typical.

I learned that one needs to be very careful with this website and know exactly what is needed. Don't rely on their search providing the most relevant part. Spa-Daddy blames the manufacturer for this issue, saying that "a lot of the manufacturers do this multiple listing for their part numbers (Hayward and Pentair do 4 or more, all with different lengths), we list all the specs in our cart." However, if you shop here, don't rely on a specific part number like you can on reputable websites.

Another thing to note is that you should not believe the coupon websites that suggest coupon codes for Spa-Daddy. After my purchase, I received an email saying they do not honor any discounts/coupons/promo codes, claiming those are all fake. This was the first time that has happened to me, and it feels like a third party bait to direct internet traffic to them.

Overall, my experience with Spa-Daddy was not great. While the prices may be slightly cheaper, the risk of receiving the wrong part and dealing with their return policy is not worth it. It's important to do your research and make sure you know exactly what you need before placing an order on this website.
