Southwest General Hospital, owned by Steward Healthcare review: Payment not received for services rendered

April 26, 2021, Amanda Sifuentes, MA, the acting Director of Plant Operations, Safety, Biomedical Engineering, & Emergency Management of Southwest General Hospital requested our services to provide an investigative study of the mechanical system serving the pharmacy area at Southwest General Hospital. We provided the study and invoiced Southwest General for our services. We have not been paid going on a year since the invoice was submitted.

Multiple emails have been exchanged with the current management Mr. John Hanna, who has stated he is trying to get us paid. Mrs. Sifuentes left her position shortly after our report and invoice was submitted, we have not succeeded in getting paid to date.
