Southern Clinic P.C. 201 Doctors Dr. Dothan Alabama review: My Refund

I got a bill from Dr Gregory L. GIBson. stating that I owe 80.00 Co paid when they have failed to file my 2nd insurance every time I seen Dr gibson the staff at the desk said I owe 25 dallars I went to see him 4 times and I paid him 25 dallars every time. I went to my HR at my job and find out the first insurance paid which was 40 dallar Co paid but my 2nd insurance should of paid the 40 dallars and paid it which leave me with 0 Co paid the whole time I been charge by Dr Gibson and I called them told them there incident what they was doing find out they wasn't filing my 2nd insurance. I told them they owe me 100.00 dallars and she was going to send me a check in the mail but never send me my refund of what they owe me instead I get a bill for 80.00 dallars for last year of January and December 2021 again they failed to file my 2nd insurance charging me 40 dallars twice and still didn't receive my 100.00 dallar check they owe me for paying a Co pay when I shouldn't! I called up there again we will send your check. And again I get a bill again stating I owe them 80 dallars. For the two months. I feel like I been rob and scammed on insurance fraud from this Dr Gibson and his staff and I had stop going there due to the fact of this situation. im not happy this needs to stop I'm sure I'm not the only one they done this to.
