Sotramont Bois Franc review: problems with my laminated floor

Moved in a house of Square du Nordet in summer of 2016 in the quartier Bois Franc. After one week of moving in the house, I discovered a small spots that had been covered up on the floor. I complained to Sotramont and they came over and said that it would be fixed soon. Then I noticed a couple months later that the floor was cracking a lot more than normal, and we started to have cracks between the laminated floor. It appears to be that the product is defectuous or that it was not well installed.
By discussing with my neighbors it seems to be that many new owners in the project had issues with their floors to different degrees. The bottom line is that Sotramont is very good to sell their reputation and to sell the house and to reassure you that they will be there to fix problems. But trust me, once you signed the documents and you moved in they will not be there for you if you have a major problem. This is very much disappointing from a company whom pretends to be above the others. At this point they suggest to come and glue some of the pieces together, but this is clearly not acceptable for a new house to have floors in that condition.
