Sosta review: Security guard Mr Olaes O. O.

*In Savemore at ARCC Bldg, Bahayang Pag-asa Subd., Imus City, at around 10am on July

*It's a policy there that clients line up for payment for an orderly transaction at the bills/payments.

* two people got into the line inside the store without passing through the regular line outside of the store.

*the guard inside, Mr Olaes, was contacted by the lady guard outside manning the entrance about the two people.

*Olaes approached the man in white but failed to talk to the lady in front of that guy, probably to tell them about the line outside. He was ignored.

*Clients outside, seniors as well, were upset and called the attention of the person in charge of the store. But nothing was done.

*POLICIES SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO ENSURE ORDER AND PEACE. The implementors should be held liable for breach. This may seem menial or petty but it's not so. Little misunderstandings can lead to bigger problems if not handled accordingly especially that this also concerns security of the area.

*Hoping for appropriate action.
