I ordered set for $92.56 from Sorella Boutique. I kept checking my order and it always said processing. I started to e-mail them (about 15 times) and never got a response. Tonight I again tried to find out where my order is and their site is gone. I then came upon all the complaints where other people got ripped off.

I received a Suede leotard I ordered online. I got it quickly so no complaint there. However the leotard and the dress I ordered did not have any tags which I thought was odd. The dress fit perfect but the leotard was way too small. It looked defective. From the button area to the top of your shoulders it needed around 3 more inches to reach me. This is odd because I have a small torso. I looked at the measurements online and they did not match the leotard I received. I have been trying to get a refund or at least an exchange since Feb 10, 2016. I call and the voicemail box is always full. I sent the leotard to them so now they have my $65 and the deformed leotard. Horrible experience which is such a shame because her designs are beautiful.

I ordered on the 3rd spent $140 got my items on the 6th picked it up on the 7th from USPS... it didn't fit I called the number to see if I can exchange for a large no one answered no one's called me back. Why would your customer service via cell phone that you never answer I should have known better I hate shopping on online boutiques.

I usually don't leave reviews but this was the worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered two items Nov. 6 and didn't receive them until Dec 10. I was most excited about receiving the Levi denim jeans with the slits in the back. The jeans on the site hugged the model very well. I received mine, they smelled like cheap fabric softener, only 1 (of 3) buttons could be used. And they were some ugly boot cut/straight leg shape... for $60? I could've just bought a classic Levi jean and did the slits myself. Who ever she has completing orders needs to be fired! I do not recommend shopping here at all!

I cancelled my order because their shipping options are absurd. Got an email back asking me if they should ship it out today because I was concerned of it not making out to me at a certain time. I declined and was told that they will cancel my order. Full refund. Ok. Then I get an email stated the item shipped. Emailed multiple times, NO RESPONSE.
