Soleil Chartered Bank review: Non delivery of instrument

Soleil Chartered Bank as Issuer (!) sends an Mt710 as first swift, which CANNOT, as the Mt710 is an advising swift based on a received Mt700!

They are aware of that being wrong, but DO NOT REIMBURSE the fees, so this is either fraud and/or embezzlement!

Do not do any business with them, they send (issue!) wrong swift formats which the receiving bank finally will decline and the applicant is not reimbursed for upfront paid fees!
