Solar Power Home review: Solar panel and battery

They don't work and the thing they placed in my wall is keeping power from coming into my home. They cut a hole in my wall and added something now they include plug in in the wall do not work they turned panels off half the power in my home. I have medical machines that's life threating that we can't use. Please he me. I had them placed on my home by solar power home 12-31-2020 they turn them on, and the inspector shut them down. It took them until april to get them back out and still my light bill didn't change, and I went through the attorney general office for help. Ai did get some money back but now my light bill still hasn't changed, and the battery pack don't work but they want to make us pay for something that do not help us. I have complained over and over again about my panels but now we have power loss in our home I tried to explain to their finance company what was going on but all they want to tell me is to catch my bill up and start paying them.
