Yes you are right Ravan, I want to inform all of my colleague that i worked in softlogique from last 1 year, At the time of my joining Ms. Jyotsna(Sr .HR Generalist) told me in hindi langaugae, humare softlogique m 2nd and 4th saturday fixed off rhta hai. Agr hum kisi ko bulate hai to compoff dete hai. Humare softlogique m 10th ko salary ati hai. Humare office k strength 30 hai.Humare office k time 9.30 to 6.30 hai. But i saw the strength of the orgwnizatuon is less than 10. They people didn't provide the leave on 2&4 saturday. Sometime they people didn't provide the leave on Sunday too. Office timing is 9.30am but you didnt leave the organization before 8pm or 9pm. . They cheap people didnt provide the salary on time. As a designation she is Sr. HR Generalist, but i think she didn't know the meaning of generalist. She is just behaving like a factory HR or export company HR.
She didn't speak in English, even she didn't introduce the new employee. The way of Ms. Jyotsna(Sr. HR Generalist) to introducing new employee is Y humare xyz(name of emp) hai, inhone humare yha join kra hai, baki aap log dekh lena. Each wording of Ms Jyotsna is lie.
