SoapCentral review: I would say piss poor service, but that would be a insult to poor piss.

Oh how I wish I came across this site first. I originally made an account with SoapCentral so I could post on their message boards. I fill out my registration application, I’m accepted, did an internal Whoopie! in my mind, and headed straight to the message boards……only to be met with:

Well, no activation link in my inbox so obviously I click to request one….. That takes me back to the registration page as if I didn’t fill one out in the first place. That left me with contacting them where the link redirects me to a page with all contact information. I send a first email to General/Partnership and gave at the very least a day before I checked my inbox for a response. There wasn’t a response. I sent one to Tech support….. still no response. I patiently waited at least a week before I checked my inbox once again because surely it shouldn’t take that long to receive a simple activation link…nothing.

FYI….. All of this was done back in 2019.

Eventually I fell out of watching soap operas day to day until recently falling right back in….. the year 2026 …7 years later. Once again, something happens, I need to put my two cents in with other viewers, logged in, went to message board …I think it’s obvious what happened next.

7 years and from the looks of it, SoapCentral STILL has some serious piss poor service not to mention how extra hypersensitive they are in regulating comments. I can understand prohibiting personal and or negative rude comments about the actors as they are only playing a part…. but the CHARACTERS?!?! They are looking just as ridiculous as YouTube’s draconian policy where you can’t say common everyday words that’s simple as “kill”, “punch”, “gun”, “stab”.

I truly wish I found this site before I registered anything to SoapCentral. The service is just beyond pathetic. Despite all of this I have one LAST email that’s pending asking once again for a resolution to the same problems I had with them 7 YEARS ago. I think we all now know what the end result is.
