Smashabulls review: Fraudulent behavior

Sept 23, 2021 I left a message with Jennifer Cook regarding bulldog. Female and they type she had. She called me back and we talked in detail. She said she had a litter in Oct but said she needed a deposite for first pick because no guarantee on genders. She will send me the contract. She sent me cashapp req. So I accepted her cashapp req. Now, something she said, I sent her a pic and she sent me a guideline. She couldn't guarantee the size. She called me a day or so later after 10pm and said she would not have that size and will refund me the money. Why she didn't say this in the beginning... no point in sending contract she said since she will refund me in Oct once she gets another litter deposit. I said ok. After about a week I texted her as a reminder.. no response ever.. until I sent her an email two days ago.. in this basically its my loss.
