SmartInsight LLC review: Stay away

Hi,

Please be aware of a IT consultancy company called SmartInsight based in NJ, i started working with them on my OPT after competing my Masters in Computer Sceince, when i joined them they told me that they only work with end cleints but they placed me in multiple layers, however it didnt end their, they charged the client $55/Hr and told me that they were getting only 35/hr and paid me after taxes 22/hr which i got to know from my collegues at the client side about the hidden bill rates. they kept paying me late on payroll with the fact that iam sending the timesheets late and in the end landed up not even paying me after my project ended, i used to regularily go to their office and meet one Raja over my pending pay but he told me that they had used the money for doing my H1b Immigration, i Checked the USCIS website and got to know that they are not supposed to Charge me, but ultimately the petition got denied since they filed the H1b on their own even to save the attorney fees.

i have now complained with to the Department of Labor in NJ and finally they a have a DOL audit against them which i am sure is the best way to complain against such companies.

if anyone who has ever worked or working with SmartInsight has any such expreinces please feel free to contact me since the DOL encourages reports about such companies and such companies shoudl be taken to task for thier wrong doings to OPT Candidates.
