I am writing this letter to complain about the repair of my cellphone. I have an Iphone 6 with a broken Screen. Went to Emax-Dubai Mall last February 27, 2016 for replacement of my screen/LCD and paid 790 dirhams. Just this April 20, 2016 the LCD is having a problem. There was light sound i hear every time i touch the LCD like as if it is lose under the LCD. Second, there is a white thing showing in the LCD (according to the report it was dead pixel). Now, I went back to Emax Dubai mall for repair/replacement of my LCD since it is still under repair warranty. They accepted and repaired my unit. When i got it back after 3-4 days, i checked the unit and saw 2 black dots on the screen. Asked again for fixing since it was not there before. After a week again, i went back to Emax dubai to pick up my phone. To my disappointment the screen/LCD was not placed properly and have new dents on left upper side near the earphone socket. The screen was slightly open and the customer representative said that it cannot be opened again because it will cause the LCD to be damaged. I need you to work on that for I use my phone at work, and is greatly affecting my work. Now, my phone is still at Emax Dubai mall for another week again till today 5th of may 2016, and still my phone has not been worked on by the technician.
