February 10, 2022 around 2:00PM. Me and my girlfriend went to the SM department store to look for a warteproof formal shoes. We're there to canvas for a price and to know if my size is available around the mall. Until of course we found one under the easy soft department. And so we looked in the displayed items to look for my size. And sadly there's none. Then so, I called the attention of one of the sales lady that passed by. Again, one of the sales lady that passed by. Meaning, there's no one in there, stationed to assist us then and there. And so I asked that sales lady if they have a size of those shoes for me. Then she instructed us to wait for a bit to look if there's an available size for me. Moments later a different sales lady approached us with a shoes packed already. And then she replied in a rude and unprofessional manner. And I quote "Heto sir!" Then I replied and I quote "ah miss nag kacanvass lang kami. Di pa talaga kami bibili." Then she stomped her feet and showed us how irritated she was. Saying and I quote "ay! Tssss" I can't believe the level of discrimination we received from that sales lady. How disrespectful she was, right even before we said that we're not going to buy yet. Was it because we're not dressed well and looks like a beggar. This actually happened twice already. The first one is at the wallstreet department. I let that slept. Because it was the first time. Then this one. And oh I bet you, I am so full already taking thise kind of [censored]ty attitude to those employees who's job in the first place is to assist customers. Not justbto stand there all day. Mind you, me and my girlfriend has money. We're not going somewhere in the city, specially to a mall, full of restaurants and all with no cash or atleast a debit card on hand. As a matter of fact we can't go to a mall without a money. Because how else are we going to pay for our taxi fare going to somewhere in the city. And mind you, canvassing for something is not being poor. It is being wise. It is being a good steward of your salary. And how dare she act like that on us. We're under the same class afterall. Or my class status might even be above hers. Because I'm not the one working there arent I? Im the customer and she's the sale's lady. For the record I'm not being entitled here. I just really hated the way we're discriminated in that mall. Specially that I grew up knowing SM as a friendly and none discriminatory mall. I grew up high fiving security guards of SM malls. Smiling back to those people who assist customers with all their hearts and soul that they give in their job. But for the case of SM Baguio. I am shocked and disappointed. That they discriminate people who doesn't look expensive. Now, I don't really feel welcome to SM Baguio. And if that's how I feel imagine if how many people experienced the same situation that I had with those kind of employees of SM Baguio. I know this because for one I'm a hotelier. And customer service is my job.

Which reminds me to record every situation in this mall specially if I'm talking to one of the sales lady of SM Baguio Department store. Because why not? We're in the tech era anyways. And because as I've said I really don't feel welcome anymore in that establishment.

Desired outcome: I want that sales lady to be given a lesson. A notice for example. And a bad record for instance.
