Id like to file a complaint against the cashier ABG9637. I paid my bills this afternoon jan.13, 2021. I was suppose to pay 3 bills, I have 2 statements with me for Royal and Meralco which I gave her, then I told her that I'll be paying for Cashalo, using BPS form. Shes processing the 2 bills I gave her while aim filling out the form, then she suddenly returned me the bill for royal, told me I needed to write down the account no coz its not visible, unfortunately I dont memorize the acct no, tanong ko hindi po pwde using name? Hindi kasi barcode yan, sagot nya. Then I gave her the form for Cashalo bill. She returned again the form to me told me that it must be alphanumeric. It will not be processed coz their system will not accept it. I was shocked coz it not not the first time I paid my cashalo bill to them, I mention that to her, iritado sya na parang nagmamadali. She told me, kung nagbayad kayo dito dati bigay nyo sakin ang resibo. Sabi ko wala akong dalang receipt kse dati pa naman ako nagbabayad dito. She insisted na hindi po mapprocess yan kase alpha numeric ang kelangan ng system namin, tabi na lang muna kayo hanapin nyo account no. Then she started assisting the next in queue.. I was very confused baka binago nga ng cashalo ang account no ko. What I did I checked it on app. But its really the account number showing on my online account. What I did, I tried through other payment center bayad center. I gave the same account no I have, and it was processed. Dahil sa waltermart lang din nmn.. Binalikan ko si cashier abg9637, sabi ko miss bakit mo sinasabi na hindi un ang account no ko. Sagot nya sakin. Ano po? Parang walang narinig, sabi ko maang maangan ka pa.. E vinerify ko sa app ang acct no ko un ang lumalabas, at nakapag bayad ako gamit un acct no na un. Sagot nya, maam magkaiba po kasi ang system namin, sabi ko edi mag kaibang account no pala ang kailangan ko ibigay sa inyo. Then she replied edi magreklamo kayo. Ang angas ng sagot! Walang alinlangan talagang may attitude si ate. Sabi ko kung ano pangalan nya sumagot naman "gregorio!" lumabas na ako narinig ko pa sya may sinasabi pasigaw dko na inintindi. My day was ruined because of that girl. Hindi dapat sya nagttrabaho sa ganon kung attitude sya!
