Ordered and paid on October 03, 2021 Order # [protected]

Ive been waiting over a month for the sleep numbers bed they promised to deliver to me today November 9, 2021. They confirmed the deliver October 3, October 6, October 29 and again November 7, 2021. I was to get my delivery and set today November 9 from 5 - 8 PM. I am handicapped, I've already tore down my old bed as they have instructed, which took me great effort because of my medical condition. Today at 12:04 I get a phone call from Corey, representing Sleep Numbers, Ph # [protected] ext 787 and he said that the delivery team can not get finish their delivery route today. I asked him when tomorrow will I get my delivery! He told me maybe on the "15th" of November! At this point I was very upset, because I feel they should deliver my bed the next day! I demanded an easier date but he said that was the only date available. I paid for delivery and set up for this "Premium Priced Bed" in advance and they said they would delivery as agreed 5 times including when I ordered the bed. Also I paid Cash for this bed, they had my money for over a month. This is unacceptable, and if they can't deliver as promised they should get a third party team to deliver and set up! I'm discussed with the delivery service and lack of regard to customers needs and efforts put in to waiting and preparing for agreed delivery

Desired outcome: I want my be Delivered before the 15th of November and my delivery and set up refunded
