i would like to report that i bought an expensive sledgers shoe locally. after only a month of use the sole got seperated and i took the shoe to the shop which referred me to the country brand manager of sledgers who did not listen to the complaint. instead of replacing the shoe they forced an extremely poor quality repair on me.
i did not find any option on the website of sledgers that i can contact them directly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought a good pair of sandals in Tunis in 2008. the sandals is still going strong . I need to buy the same model and shape .
my husband bought a sledgers shoe here in the Philippines SM davao city branch and after a few months the sole cracked. Thou the branch is very much willling to replaced it with the same product but sad to say stock of the same product and size is no longer available... I hope the manufacturer would find ways to improve the quality of their product. Sorry to say we can not recommend this product to our business friend here at General Santos City...
SLEDGERS Shoe management has the moral responsibility to intervene in this matter and resolve. Otherwise, it is definitely shake the customers confidence. Perticularly, I have been a brand loyal of this shoe for the last 6 years. And I buy two pairs in any given year. Also, i would like to request the Sledgers shoe management to come up with more new models to keep abreast with the latest trends. while they do have to maintain the quality and customer confidence too.
yes very true i bought from UAE after only 16days the sole came out, i dont know whom to contact in this regards
