Good Afternoon,
I send two 30 kg boxes on June 13 from Singapore to Dubai: they never arrived.
I have complained through the website before many times and got a letter on the 13th of January to say; too bad, it happened more than 6 months ago, we can't do any thing as it happened more than six months ago.. They actually told me because my daughter who was at home when it was picked up and who never got a tracking number that I was not allowed to complain.
Sad thing is Singapore post can do something about it. If they could go back and check the phonecalls from +[protected] +[protected], made between me and easy to ship in June, or find out who picked up my two parcels from 1 King Albert Street 01-10 on June 13, 2018 before 10 AM, in Singapore and received 830 Singapore dollars then you will find my parcels. That data can be checked and Singapore should according to https://www.pdpc.gov.sg/Resources/EU-GDPR do just so: release all data regarding a person if the person is European. Well I paid 830 Singapore dollars and so I would like you to please release all that data in order to find my parcels.
It it was a postcard or something to an obscure adress: but this is 2X 30kg of books, clothes I paid 830 singapore dollars for to the Swiss Scientific International School in Dubai
Could you please release all data possible in the hope that my parcels can be found
Thank YOU
Mrs. Adriana De Groot
