Yes I had a similar experience. Sinful Inflictions in Whitby are terrible, they are evil, and have no respect for people. They over charge and claim to have a " WAITING LIST"
this is all bosus...

over charge, and they lack in quality work, not worth the amount they charge. They pretend to be Paul Booth, not very orginal at all...

Sinful Inflictions is one of the most professional and well respected tattoo shops in Canada. They charge more because they have some of the best artists in the country. Saying otherwise is not telling the truth. They are some of the friendliest and nicest people I've met. I've had a lot of work done by them and will always go back there.
I totally agree and Awsome place. Are they still at the four corner in whitby?

Sinful infliction has some of the best artists in Ontario for sure. They charge a lot because you're getting quality work, if you don't like their portfolio and you don't think the price merits it, go somewhere else. It doesn't make them scam artists, it's not like their changing their hourly rate half way through. And I've never found them to be rude. Everyone their is super laid back.

Sinful inflictions - I always recommend them to everyone. There is a wait list, and the work is amazing. They are respectful and sweet and helpful. I have been to 3 different places and sinful is the best. I have intricate artwork, that I wouldn't trust anyone else but them.

You get what you pay for! I had an amazing experience at Sinful and have recommended them over and over again. I had a portrait done about a year ago and have received countless compliments. I was given a quote prior to having the tat done and although it may have been slightly higher then other quotes I received, I needed to have a connection with the artist. My tattooist could not have been more laid back and friendly. After my amazing tat was complete and it was time to pay the bill, it ended up costing less then what I was quoted. I would so much rather pay a "little" more then average and have an amazing tat then find someone cheaper and have a piece of crap on my body forever.

Had a portrait done last week by Chris. It turned out to be a true work of art. It looks exactly like the photo he was given. It was a bit pricey, but that can be expected when you want the best. The shop is amazing, the front staff are personable, and my artist and end result was top notch. Highly recommended. My wife is going in this coming week to get some work done also. Cheers to Sinful Inflictions.

Went to Sinful inflictions the place is dark and they are rude. They claim to have a waiting list. This is not true. THey are trying to build themselves up. Just like bars do, when you are waiting in line for half an hour only to find out there in no one inside. Nice try guys. Get orginal, and yes I agree they are trying to hard to be like 'PAUL BOOTH" get your own image...

I totally disagree with all the negative comments posted about Sinful Inflictions and the staff. The main floor of the shop is dimly lit for the mood they are trying to achieve, but if you have ever been upstairs, the artists areas are clean and private and geared for your comfort, the staff are polite, informative and if you expect to walk into a shop and be rushed into a seat then go to some second rate shop where the artists are scratchers and don't have a dedicated following. I have always been treated respectfully when i have gone in and been more than happy with the work done by my artist Rob MacDonald. as has anyone else who has had work done by him. You get what you pay for and if you want hug call your mommy.

Sinful inflictions is nothing this person is complaining about. They are highly professional and great people to deal with. They are a CUSTOM tattoo shop so you can't walk in and point at a flash and say can I have that butterfly with mom under it. That they won't do. But if you talk and work with the artists you will end up with something truly special. There isn't a bad artist there and Jason is truly incredible at his craft. My tattoo was just completed Friday and I sat for almost another 5 1/2 hours and was charged for 4 so that doesn't sound to me like I got ripped off. Tattoos is very hard to judge how long it will take and an estimate is just that A GUESS! There isn't an exact price cause the exact time it takes to do the shading and if any colouring is almost impossible to be exact on. I got exactly what I paid for and if they were in a major city the price of my tattoo would have dramatically increased. Their work rivals most and the attention to detail in my tattoo is truly incredible. Don't bash a store cause you went in with EXACTLY the amount they told you. If you want something special and are in Ontario I can't recommend them enough. Here is a pic of my tattoo and you tell me their work isn't worth it

This establishment was full of talent. Those days are over.
These artists now feel it appropriate to treat clients like dirt.
As a woman, I felt condescended to and inappropriately touched as one artist lifted my shirt to look at other tattoos I have.
Terrible experience and feel these artists need to show more professionalism.
