Dear Sir, You many not be able to help me much but I would like to know if there is a board or some where you can go to complain about a company that will not honour their warranty on a product in china. I bought an ipl machine from sincoheren in china advertised with alibaba. It broke down in 4 mths and the last 2 months have been hell trying to get it repaired. they sent parts, but when this did not work a number of times I had to pay 900 dollars to get a technician from china to repair it. they could not so they sent the main part over and we had to put it in and still it wont work. I will continue to work with the company as I have no choice. but I need to know where i can lodge a formal complaint. they did agree to send me a new machine then changed their mind Thanking you sharon butler

We also had service problems with sincoheren. Our laser hair removal machine broke after just 1, 5 year and 600.000 shots and we had to purchase a new handpiece, for 2000 usd.! No service at all. We bought the machine with 10 million shots guaranteed. Don't buy from sincoheren!

I have worked with them for many years because I needed to. they are terrible! I always paid for all their broken manufacturer faults and was constantly lied to! please do not purchase from these people! it is the worst company. I am also reporting them to tga because they lie that they have current certification but they do not! please be careful! they are fraudulent and only care about the dollars. it has cost my business so much money in repairs. they do not care at all. I recommend you sanhe, honkon or adds. please keep away from them. I am so upset with the way I have given them all my trust and they could not care at all!

Has anyone on Australia has bought a Led Light from this company in China. I am dealing with a women name Jill Ma.
And they don’t do PayPal so we are reluctant to do bank transfer.
Are they are a legit site for beauty salon machines?

I have been worked with Sincoheren for 2 years and the sales rep I worked with is Teresa Wang and she has been very responsible in the whole process including machine advise, after sales and training. I also heard about some bad reviews but sounds like they have different sales teams and the different sales person will offer different services. I think the most important is to choose a professional rep. Highly recommend to deal with this young lady directly.

Hi can someone please help me . I have purchased a hydrafacial machine .

The manual provided with the machine shows that the dirty water drainage has a valve that should had come with machine .
I have spoken to the sales person stressing it out the problem . The water falls on the floor where I have the power plug plus it’s not a hygiene situation.The sales person told me the machine is manufactured like that . She doesn’t pick her phone . I have even paid extra money to ship the valve she is not responding at all . I don’t know who me to contact . Need to speak to someone to solve this issue ASAP .

A couple of days ago we have tried to purchase candela alexandrite through alibaba.com.During the process the sale representative of Sincoheren said that this machine was in their stocks.After sending their payment by us they said that this machine was not be able to buy anymore.Suddenly they abondoned the having a contact with us .We initiated a refund progress and they are still rejecting our calls and tries.The guy named Kris Chen is totally cheater for this company and he still refuses to our calls.We are going to apply trade embassies of both countries in a sooner.

Si vous voulez une compagnie qui vend des lasers certifiés et très sérieux, allez voir VCA laser tech. J’ai acheté ma machine depuis 2016 et aucun problème, je l’utilise tous les jours et mes clients sont satisfaits. Je vous recommande

I’ve ordered cartridges for my equipment and they sent me the wrong one. Now I am trying to call Scarlett chu who sold me these. She’s not answering and neither is her boss. Later got a message that if I want the correct cartridges I will have send 2x more money. I’ve bought the cartridges several times and know the exact price goes it but can’t justify why they want double the amount I paid for each cartridges and there are 4 in total. Firstly it’s Thursday mistake to send f me the wrong ones then secondly they don’t want refund or send me the correct ones. Before purchasing I verified with pics and videos that they know what products to send. I am deeply disappointed with sincoheren. Please don’t deal with them.

Hannah business manager is the worst person to deal with. She and Scarlett chu from sincoheren sales sold me wrong products then asked me to return the products and they will refund. Now they aren’t taking my calls. Don’t ever buy from them

Hannah and Scarlett chu sold me wrong products. they asked me to return the products and they will refund my money. Now Hannah and Scarlett from the sales dept at sincoheren aren’t taking my calls or sending me the paid receipt for other equipment I purchased. Do Not ever deal with Hannah and scarlet. Pics attached.

They will keep calling you to buy the product and then sell that is non compliant.

I purchased a 7d hifu machine from new angie for $2500 they sent machine and 4 weeks messaged me to say the cartridges are no longer made and would upgrade my machine for another $2500 definitely fraudulent and misleading. They do not answer my messages and still have the cheek to try and sell me stuff 6months later. do not buy from newangie disgraceful business

Here is how they cheat customers. First of all, they quote you a low price, then after you pay, they would try to squeeze more money from you with different reasons. Some machines they sold is really low quality. Most important, this company sell some machines from other suppliers they found on Alibaba. They may produce some of their machines, but they also do unreaonable intermediary sale with unreasonable markup. Their alex laser is a knock-off from other brands, such as Candela. Therefore, it is better you guys do youur own research and find the right supplier by yourself. Alibaba is a good choice. But if you want more lower price, try 1688.com. All these products in Alibaba are also sourced from 1688. Be smart and don't get trapped by its tricks. I would suggest a good sales rep that i personally work with. Her name is Grace Gao. I am very happy with her sales service. You are welcome.

Contact Alibaba and start the complaint, and also show them your contract and ask for a full refund. Also, if you paid with your credit card refund can be done.

Avoid this company, I was the United Kingdom responsible person for Sincoheren. I spent over £127,000 on various machines to retail with my training courses. They supplied fake medical certificates and labels on the machines. The quality was poor, machines broke down after a week or two and they didn’t provide warranty as promised so now we are stuck with 15 machines they are unusable. I had a distributor agreement drawn up with a lawyer and they have broke all the conditions. I am now paying Asia Bridge law to try and recover the money back . MHRA and TUV are investigating this company. Please feel free to contact me if anybody else is in the same situation we are campaigning for these machines to stop being sold in the UK.

This company is horrible!

I bought a alex hairremovallaser and it broke down within a month! I contacted them and they said i have to pay for a new part! €700,- ! They said that i broke it myself, but i did nothing! The cable just caught fire out of the blue! €700,- for a cable?! I had no choice but to pay and so I did! It took 6 weeks for them to send me the cable. In the meanwhile i lost almost all of my clients and they don’t care!

One month after that the machine won’t work at all! The laser won’t work! So i contacted them again! I send them video’s and photo’s of everything and now they tell me that it seems that the board is broken and guess what? They tell me i have to pay again for a new part! WARRANTY is worth nothing at this company!

The machines are very bad quality and they don’t care about what there customers

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE THIEFS!
